The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Code of Business Conduct applies to all employees and board members of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» and its subsidiaries, regardless of geographic location. Every person who is part of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» is responsible for his or her own conduct, upholding this code and complying with the laws and highest standards of business ethics anywhere Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» does business.

Supplier Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct governs Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s expectations of its Suppliers and is referenced in all Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Supplier Agreements. It ensures working conditions in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s supply chain are safe, workers are treated with respect and dignity, and manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible.
