EVP and Chief Product Officer
John Wick serves as Chief Product Officer and is responsible for the company’s global product portfolio, including product strategy, research and development, product management, and implementation. Previously, he was Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s Chief Technology officer overseeing technologies for its Carrier and Enterprise business units and Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s information technologies. During his career at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», Mr. Wick has been instrumental in the development and success of core products such as Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Secure Global Access, IPX, messaging, and multiple 3G, 4G, and 5G signaling solutions. Mr. Wick joined Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» in 1993 and was initially responsible for managing the network operations department. He has held management positions in operations, research and development, technology, business development, and product management groups. Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», Mr. Wick was a systems integrator with Verizon and, earlier, an electronic communications and switching systems technician for the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Wick graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business from Nova Southeastern University. He also holds an associate degree in electronic engineering technology from the Community College of the Air Force and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Mr. Wick currently represents Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» on the board of the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) and the Executive Advisory Board of the Innovative Operators (IO) association.
