With more than 30 years of experience in the telecom industry, Ms. Polverelli’s career has encompassed several senior customer support and operations positions over 19 years at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³». She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and an MBA from Simmons College.
